Q. Does my $200.00 non-refundable deposit count towards my trip?

A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.

Q. Do you offer an installment plan and how much does the trip cost? 

A. Yes we do. In fact it’s the best way to pay for your “BCG” Adventure! The Trip cost $1,700.00 per person plus processing fees along with the $200 per couple discount and you can break the payments up monthly. Simply start the registration process to see how much your monthly plan would be on the website. 

Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?

A. First you register online and pay your first months payment which is split evenly based when you register and the remaining months (of which $200.00 is a Non-Refundable Deposit, however, it counts towards the total. Every payment after that is automatically deducted on your payment schedule from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

Q. How can I add excursions?

A.  We will release excursions for everyone in early 2023 

Q. What does ALL-INCLUSIVE really mean?

A. It means everyone is VIP ALL WEEKEND LONG!!! You can EAT and DRINK for FREE all the time that you are on the resort! It has bars and restaurants throughout the resort! Room service is available 24 hours and it totally FREE!!

Q. Where is the closest airport to fly in to?

A. Cabo San Lucas International Airport

Q. What about transportation?

A. We can provide your transportation from the airport to and from the airport. Please stay tuned for the transportation option. 

Q. How much is the Black Couples Dominican Takeover?

A. Prices start at $1,700.00 per person for an Allure Suite which includes 4 days and 3 nights but you may extend your vacation to 5 days and 4 nights which most do!

Q. Do you need a passport?

A. Yes you will need your passport.

Q. Can I pay more money than the suggested monthly or just pay it off entirely?

A. Yes just log into your account and pay anything you like on your balance.

Q. Do you all provide transportation from the airport to and from the hotel?

A. Yes and you can add directly to your package during your registration process. We strongly suggest you use our transportation package too. Stay tuned for transportation options. 

Q. Do I have to have a Passport?

A. Yes! You will need a Passport for BCG Punta Cana Adventure Some people think this is a hard and arduous process but in reality it’s a very simple and easy process. Q. What if an emergency comes up and I can’t attend the trip?

A. If you are 90 days out you can get all your money back minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Q. Can I pay off my trip at any time?

A. Yes you can pay in full at any time, however, you do not officially have a “reserved room/spot” until you have paid your 1st payment of which $200.00 is a non-refundable deposit. After that  you can pay off your trip at any point by logging in to your account.

Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?

A. You will need to bring the following items: – A Positive & Party Attitude! – Sexy Summer Outfits – Party Theme Outfits  – Business Cards for Networking – Sexy Swimsuit – Super Cool Sun Glasses – Your FUN Couple Friends!

Q. Who actually goes on The BCG Couple Getaways?

A. Urban Professional Couples from around the country attend this adventure every year! FUN from around the country who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” and do a little bit of “Networking” in a “Safe & Relaxed” environment. Tons of Fun and Memories await you and your significant other on this Couples Adventure!

Q. How far is the resort from the airport?

A. It’s about a 35-minute drive from the airport to the Resort.

Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in is at 3:30pm and you will get detailed itinerary a few weeks before the trip.

Q. Can I just buy “Party Passes” for the each of the parties for the Weekend If I already have my own accommodations?

A. Unfortunately the answer to this “much asked” question is NO.  Unfortunately Black Couple Getaways does not sell “Party Passes” to our Getaway Experiences” only trip packages. It’s a contractual, safety, and quality issue for the company. This is a “Group Travel” Getaway; therefore no “PARTY PASSES” are available for this trip. Our events are private and each person will have wristbands and name tags on to weed out impostors. If you aren’t willing to buy the trip package we cannot service, you at this time. Regardless if you have Family Time-Share, or a super-great travel deal or if you booked prior we can’t service you now.  Thank you for understanding.

Q. Are there late fees?

A. Yes – There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the first (1st) email warning which is extended to everyone agreeing the “terms and conditions “upon signing up.

Q. What if I can’t go and have to cancel due to an family emergency, work requirement, or any issue after I have paid on my trip? Can I transfer/sell my trip and the money I have paid to a friend or another person?

A. No. ALL trips are Non-Transferable.  NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF TRIP. Regardless of work conflict, death in the family, inability to obtain or renew your passport or any extenuating circumstance. The $200 deposit is Non-Refundable. If an attendee cancels before 90 days out he/she can get all your money back except for the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?

A. No this is an adult outing with all adult activities. Leave the kids with relatives and get out of town fast!

Q. Does everything happen at the hotel?

A. Not everything happens at the hotel. The Excursions are off-site.
