Q. What packages do you have this time?

A. We have a 4 Day/3Night (Aug 19th – 22nd) package at HARD ROCK Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and it includes all food, drinks parties and seminars! 

Q. Can we add extra nights to our package?

Q. Does my $200.00 non-refundable deposit count towards my trip?

A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.

Q. Do you offer an installment plan and how much does the trip cost? 

A. Yes we do. In fact it’s the best way to pay for your “BCG” Adventure! The Trip starts at $1,800.00 per person plus processing fees and you can break the payments up monthly. Simply start the registration process to see how much your monthly plan would be.

Q. Is the flight included?

A. No it is not included in the price, however, we can assist you with your flight through our Destination Management Company KINGDOM TRAVEL. Please call (855) 921-6979 and they will help.

Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?

A. First you register online and pay your first months payment which is split evenly based when you register and the remaining months. Every payment after that is automatically deducted on your payment schedule from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

Q. How can I add excursions?

A.  Puerto Vallarta currently has restriction on excursion, however, as soon as those restrictions are lifted we will offer them to everyone.

Q. When is this Getaway?

A.  Aug 19th – 21st  of 2022!

Q. What does ALL-INCLUSIVE really mean?

A. It means everyone can EAT and DRINK for FREE all the time that you are on the resort! It has over bars and restaurants all over the resort! Room service is available 24 hours and it totally FREE!!

Q. Does everything happen at the hotel?

A. No not everything. The excursions (dune buggy’s, booze cruise, ATV’s ziplining, and shopping) will all happen off property.

Q. How can I add my excursions since I already bought my package?

Q. Is my money refundable?

Q. How do I cancel this trip?

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. The first $200.00 of your money is Non-Refundable. I If you cancel within 60 days of the trip you lose 100% of your money. If you cancel within 60 – 90 days you get 50% trip credit for future travel for the amount you have paid. If you cancel prior to 90 days days before your trip you get all your money back minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Q. Can I pay more money than the suggested monthly or just pay it off entirely?

Q. Do you all provide transportation from the airport to and from the hotel?

A. Yes and you can add directly to your package during your registration process. We strongly suggest you use our transportation package for safety and camaraderie! 

Q. Do I have to have a Passport?

A. Yes! You will need a Passport for BCG Puerto Vallarta Adventure Some people think this is a hard and arduous process but in reality it’s a very simple and easy process. Q. How does it work since I’m signing up after the 1st or 2nd payment has already past?

A. Your payment schedule is based upon when you book  and the system will divide your payments up accordingly.

Q. Do you offer an installment plan?

A. Yes we do. In fact it’s the best way to pay for your adventure! Just check your options at checkout page.

Q. What if an emergency comes up and I can’t attend the trip?

A. If you are 90 days out you can get all your money back minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Q. Can I pay off my trip at any time?

A. Yes you can pay in full at any time, however, you do not officially have a “reserved room/spot” until you have paid your 1st payment of which $200.00 is a non-refundable deposit and are current with your monthly payments. 

Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?

A. You will need to bring the following items: – A Positive & Party Attitude! – Theme Party Outfits  – Business Cards for Networking – Sexy Swimsuit – Super Cool Sun Glasses – Your FUN Couple Friends!

Q. How much do I have to put down now when I sign up and if I want to jump on the installment plan? 

A. Your number of payments will vary based on when you book. Your can find out the amount of your first payment is by going through the registration process. Each subsequent payment is automatically deducted on your payment schedule based on the exact day when you registered from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

Q. Who actually goes on The BCG Couple Getaways?

A. Urban Professional Couples from around the country attend this adventure every year! FUN from around the country who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” and do a little bit of “Networking” in a “Safe & Relaxed” environment. Tons of Fun and Memories await you and your significant other on this Couples Adventure!

Q. Are my installment payments automatically taken out?  

A. YES! It easy and based on when you book your first payment will determine the date of the future installments and will coincide with your registration date each month.

Q. How far is the resort from the airport?

A. It’s about a 25/30 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in is at 3:30pm and you will get detailed itinerary a few weeks before the trip.

Q. Can I just buy “Party Passes” for the each of the parties for the Weekend If I already have my own accommodations?

A. Unfortunately the answer to this “much asked” question is NO.  Unfortunately Black Couple Getaways does not sell “Party Passes” to our Getaway Experiences” only trip packages. It’s a contractual, safety, and quality issue for the company. This is a “Group Travel” Getaway; therefore no “PARTY PASSES” are available for this trip. Our events are private and each person will have wristbands and name tags on to weed out impostors. If you aren’t willing to buy the trip package we cannot service, you at this time. Regardless if you have Family Time-Share, or a super-great travel deal or if you booked prior we can’t service you now.  Thank you for understanding.

Q. What if I can’t go because of a family emergency, work requirement, or any issue after I have paid on my trip? Can I transfer/sell my trip and the money I have paid to a friend or another person?

A. NO. ALL trips are Non-Transferable.

Q. Does my $200.00 Deposit count towards my trip?

A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.

Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file after that trip is over?

A. No all credit/debit card information is securely discarded after the trip is over.

Q. Are there late fees?

A. Yes – There will be a $25.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the first (1st) email warning which is extended to everyone agreeing the “terms and conditions “upon signing up.

Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?

A. No this is an adult outing with all adult activities. Leave the kids with relatives and get out of town fast!

Q. Do I need any extra money?

A. Yes please bring money for shopping and for your souvenirs.

Q. Does everything happen at the hotel?

A. Not everything happens at the hotel. The Excursions are off-site.
