Q. What does the $1,400.00 package include?
A. Package includes 3 days and 2 nights (17th-19th). Most Couples add extra nights (Thurs, Sun, Mon) to their package.
Q. Do you offer an installment plan and how much does the trip cost?
A. Yes we do. In fact it’s the best way to pay for your “BCG” Adventure! The Trip starts at 800.00 per couple plus processing fees and you can break the payments up monthly – auto drafted ending on/before until April 27th. Simple start the registration process to see how much your monthly plan would be.
Q. Is the flight included?
A. No it is not included in the price, however, we can assist you with your flight through our Destination Management Company. Please call (888) 966-0929 and they will help.
Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?
A. Your balance will be split between the number of months left before the deadline. Your first payment will take place today and the following ones are spaced 30 days apart and auto charged to your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

A. No you will not need your passport unless you are non-American and flying into the event

Q. Does everything happen at the hotel?
A. No not everything. We will be going off propoerty
Q. Is my money refundable?
A. The first $200.00 of your money is Non-Refundable. If you cancel within 45 days before your trip then of ALL money that has been collected is non-refundable.
Q. What hotel are we staying at?
A. We are staying at The Flamingo and The Cromwell Hotels
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. The first $200.00 of your money is Non-Refundable. I If you cancel within 45 days of the trip you lose 100% of your money. If you cancel within 45 days before your trip you get all your money back minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
Q. Can I pay more money than the suggested monthly or just pay it off entirely?
A. Yes just log into your account and click “Edit my order’ and send us an email and we will take care of it for you. We will have a self pay portal online in early March that you can see your upcoming balance, change card on file, and make early payments if desired.
Q. Do you all provide transportation from the airport to and from the hotel?
A. Yes and you can add directly to your package during your registration process but stay tuned for details!
Q. Do I have to have a Passport?
A. Only non- US Citizen flying in will need their passports.
Q. Do you offer an installment plan?
A. Yes we do. In fact it’s the best way to pay for your adventure! Monthly payments split evenly. Number of months and cost per month varies based on when you book. Total cost does not change. FINAL Balance due on April 23, 2019.
Q. What is the Refund-Policy?
A. Your first deposit of $200.00 is Non-Refundable; however, it does count towards your total if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 45 DAYS OF TRIP. The $200 deposit is Non-Refundable. (All trips are Non-Transferable meaning if you can’t go you can’t transfer nor sell your trip to your friend or relative or anyone).
Q. What if an emergency comes up and I can’t attend the trip?
A. If you are 45 days out you can get all your money back minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file after that trip is over?
A. No all credit/debit card information is securely discarded after the trip is over.
Q. Can I pay off my trip at any time?
A. Yes you can pay in full at any time, however, you do not officially have a “reserved room/spot” until you have paid your first payment. If you have paid your deposit you can pay off your trip at any point by logging in to your account and clicking on “ Edit Order Request Form” and we will take care of it for you.
Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?
A. You will need to bring the following items: – A Positive & Party Attitude! – Sexy Summer Outfits – An All White Outfit – Business Cards for Networking – Sexy Swimsuit – Super Cool Sun Glasses – Your FUN Couple Friends!
Q. How much do I have to put down now when I sign up and if I want to jump on the installment plan?
A. Your total balance is then divided by the remaining months till the trip and is automatically drafted out of your account every 30 days if you choose the installment plan option. (Example – if total cost is $600.00 you would divide $600.00 by the (6) remaining months and the monthly payment would be $100.00 a month)

FUN from around the country who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” and do a little bit of “Networking” in a “Safe & Relaxed” environment. Q. How far is the hotel from the airport?
A. It’s about a 15/20-minute drive from the airport to the hotel.
Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in is at 3:30pm and you will get detailed itinerary a few weeks before the trip.
Q. Can I just buy “Party Passes” for the each of the parties for the Weekend If I already have my own accommodations?
A. Unfortunately the answer to this “much asked” question is NO. We do not sell “Party Passes”and Black Couple Getaway wristbands must be worn to all BCG events! This is to prevent interlopers.
Q. What if I can’t go because of a family emergency, work requirement, or any issue after I have paid on my trip? Can I transfer/sell my trip and the money I have paid to a friend or another person?
A. NO. ALL trips are Non-Transferable.
Q. Can I pay off my trip at anytime?
A. Yes you can pay in full at anytime just go to your account.

Q. Are there credit card processing fees?
A. There is a 5% processing fee that will be added to all deposits and monthly installment payments. This cost is reflected in our pricing.
Q. Are there late fees?
A. Yes – There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the first (1st) email warning which is extended to everyone agreeing the “terms and conditions “upon signing up.
Q. Can I just buy “Party Passes” for the each of the parties for Weekend If I already have my own accommodations?
A. Unfortunately the answer to this “much asked” question is NO. If you don;t have a trip package with us then you aren’t considered to be on the trip and our wristbands must be worn at all times.
Q. What if I can’t go and have to cancel due to an family emergency, work requirement, or any issue after I have paid on my trip? Can I transfer/sell my trip and the money I have paid to a friend or another person?
A. No. ALL trips are Non-Transferable. Once again – ALL trips are Non-Transferable. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 45 DAYS OF TRIP. Regardless of work conflict, death in the family, inability to obtain or renew your passport or any extenuating circumstance. The $200 deposit is Non-Refundable. If an attendee cancels before 45 days out he/she can get all your money back except for the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?
A. No this is an adult outing with all adult activities. Leave the kids with relatives and get out of town fast!
Q. Do I need any extra money?
A. Yes please bring money for food, shopping and for your souvenirs.
