Good afternoon to you. We pray this email finds you safe and in good health. At BCG we’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure your safety. As of now this Valentines Getaway is still happening. We would like assure you that we are closely monitoring this situation and we would NEVER put the BCG FAMILY in harms way. 

One thing we can say for sure is that – covid tests will be required from every person attending this event just like the last four (4) BCG events we executed since 2019.  This helps assure the people attending that we have checked every single person and their negative covid status which we hope helps with your comfort level and to know that we take these trips and your safety seriously. 

Secondly, we will send the itinerary and trip “safety guidelines” to you sometime this week. Remember the situation is fluid though and things change daily in this world now. 

Lastly, we’re working with our Destination Management Company (Kingdom Travel Agency) and leaning on their expertise as they have helped us navigate through another FUN & SAFE BCG Getaway! They have assisted us greatly on the last four (4) successful BCG Getaways these last 2 years and we expect them to come through like a champion company again!
