First, we would like ensure you we are closely monitoring this situation here and abroad and we would NEVER put the BCG FAMILY in harms way.
Secondly, we have deep empathy for you and whatever you current situation is and would like to give you some flexibility with your next scheduled payment without any late fee penalty. You have the option to keep your current payment plan in place or defer (skip) your next payment and we adjust your payment plan to the remaining amount.
Example below – if you have a balance of $500 and 5 payments left.
If you would like to exercise this option, please respond to this email (email@example.com) with the Full name and Invoice# the account is under.
Lastly, we’re working with our Destination Management Company (Kingdom Travel Agency) and leaning on their expertise to gauge this situation along with safety levels. Since our next scheduled BCG Getaways are over 5 and 11 months away in Jamaica and Gatlinburg, we both will continue to monitor the situation diligently and keep you abreast accordingly.
